Railway Bridge 9 - Bridge stringer course repairs.

Contractors are undertaking essential repair works to the stringer course of the western span of bridge 9.    For safety reasons, the western spandrel will be closed to navigation users for passage underneath.

The canal will be restricted at this location due to the closed section of the bridge.  All boat traffic should slow down and take care when passing through the adjacent spans and abide by the contractors advise.  This may result in delays of no longer than 15-20 minutes.
