We have been advised by the contractor of amended dates for these works as follows:
Start 23 January - finish 14 March 2017.
Description
Rail Bridge repairs are being carried out at Skelton bridges.
The height of new (flat) bridge is being lowered by approx. 300mm due to scaffolding required for the work.
However this will not restrict boat movement as this will be higher than the adjacent (ached) bridge. The main channel should be used.
Please slow down when approaching both the bridges and use the main channel.
