The revised works programme has overrun by one week due to delays in material deliveries and vandalism occurring on site.
There will be no mooring available in this area during the works.
The canal will be open to navigation.
There is a suggested towpath diversion and a map is displayed at each end of the towpath closure.

The original works have had to start later than we had originally planned, so this will result in the towpath being shut until later in the year. We have also managed to increase the amount of works we are doing in the area, to now also include repairs and improvements to the access steps at Old Leicester Road Aqueduct.
