Railway bridge repair works, Thorne.

Contractors (Amco Construction) are carrying out repair works to Railway Bridge 80 Thorne, using scaffolding.

The watercourse will be restricted at this location due to a pontoon situated at both sides of the structure to ensure headroom is kept sufficient due to the scaffolding works.  All boat traffic should slow down when approaching the bridge take care when passing.

Please abide by the contractors advice and signage, this may result in delays of no longer than 15-20 minutes.
