Description
A Contractor will be carrying out the installation of a temporary pedestrian bridge across Lock 38, Shelton New Road, Stoke-on-Trent for an event.
- The offside area of Lock 38 will have restricted access for 3 days to allow vehicular admittance for the lifting and removal of the temporary footbridge and storage of materials.
- Lock 38 will be closed between 6pm-10pm on the evenings of 27th, 28th & 29th August due to the event taking place and for the installation of the temporary bridge each evening.
- The towpath between Lock 38 and Gas Works Bridge 116 will be restricted between 6-10 pm on the 28th & 29th August due to the event and members of the public on the towpath.
The event is on Friday 28th & Saturday 29th and is open to the public. Why not make his part of your visit to the area.
