Conisbrough Railway Bridge Repairs

CML will be undertaking brickwork repairs to the abutment using a pontoon with a fixed scaffold. The repairs to the bridge structure will ensure its safe condition.

The contractor will use a pontoon with a fixed scaffold to gain access to the element of the structure which requires repair.

Boaters and other navigation traffic may be delayed for up to 20 minutes to enable the contractor to move the pontoon and scaffold out of the way. However, works are not in the main navigational span so minimal disruption is expected.
