Description
Third party contractors will be removing an old gas pipe which crosses the canal at bridge 45 on the Shropshire Union Canal
The pipe will be cut at either side of the canal. Once this has been done the contractors will be using a crane to remove the pipe.
The canal will remain open but navigation will be restricted when the lifting operation is in progress.
Warning signs will be in place and banksmen will be on site.
