Description
Due to Contractors carrying out the re-construction of the Canal towpath and the construction of 40 metres of reinforced concrete capping beam to sheet piling as well as bank protection works between Bridges 20 and Bridge 21.
The Canal towpath along that section will be restricted and pontoons will be provided for access to members of the public through the works.
The Canal navigation will be open to traffic, but boaters are advised to slowdown through the works as pontoons will be present within the navigation channel.
Mooring along the towpath will be suspended along that section for the duration of the works.
