Lock 23, Stoke Hammond Lock, Grand Union Canal

A closure is required for repairs to the lower lock gates in order to reduce leakage.  The closure will commence at 4pm on Tuesday 5th June and extend through Wednesday 6th, finishing on Thursday 7th June, at 8am.  This takes advantage of longer daylight hours to enable safe completion of all the works required.  Consultation has been carried out with local customers and
stakeholders and their support is much appreciated.
