Our engineers have reviewed the design of the works at Blowers Green Lock. We are pleased to confirm this has resulted in a revised methodology which means the duration of the navigation closure has been reduced by just over two weeks. Please note the new end date for the stoppage.
Description
Repair top and bottom gates and improve handrails. Repair brickwork and coping stones. Improve lock ladders and install kickers on quadrants.
Following customer feedback, we have delayed the start of this closure to allow additional cruising time over the new year period.
