Following recent feedback a new route will be put in place for pedestrians to walk along Cromer Road, Leek Road and Birches Head Road instead.
The diversion routes will be clearly sign posted

Third party contractors will be carrying out repairs to the towpath and wash wall.
A diversion will be sign posted along the disused section of the railway.
The diversion follows the canal towpath directly.
