There will be a marathon canoe race taking place on the 20th May, between 11am and 4pm.
It has been organised by Nottingham Kayak Club. The race will be from West Bridgeford to Holme Lock and West Bridgeford to Beeston Lock.
The navigation will remain open but please proceed with care and follow the advice of the event organisers
