Description
A 50ft boat length near the main towpath entrance to Meanwhile Gardens.
A fascinating art-boat commission called Meanwhile HydroSiren by the artists Simeon Nelson, funded by a major donor and friend of the waterways. During a two-week period in October, the art-boat will need to moor at a temporary reserved mooring at Meanwhile Gardens (the Kensal Road end).
