Leak stoppage work is being undertaken in the Hilperton area from today (Monday 21 August) to Wednesday evening 23 August; and from Tuesday 29 August to Friday 1 September.
While this leak stoppage work is undertaken, the water levels between Bradford-on-Avon and Semington may be up to 4 inches (100mm) lower.
However, please also note that levels may take a day or two to drop and then come back up again, depending on other variables, such as weather.

Bradford on Avon lock has been re-opened to boat traffic
Water levels remain low in the section between Semington and Seend locks 16-17.
Craft should proceed with caution, keep to the centre of the channel and share locks.

Due to low water levels above lock 14 and very low levels above Semington Locks (15 &16)
Bradford on Avon Lock will be closed to boat traffic until levels are recovered sufficiently to allow safe navigation and moored craft are floating
