The third party is experiencing delays in the delivery of the steel bridge beams prior to installation. As a result, they have requested a change of dates for the closure until after Christmas.
This is a night time closure only. The navigation will remain open from 7am to 7pm and a towpath diversion will be in place.
Description
This is a night time closure only. The navigation will remain open from 7am to 7pm and a towpath diversion will be in place. The work involves third party lifting operations to install new bridge beams and bridge decks. The bridge will serve as the new road access for "Southall Waterside" development being carried out by developers, St James West London.
