Washwall works - Salterhebble Basin

Due to problems sourcing stone these works are ongoing.

We will issue an update once we have further information.

Piling works and wash wall repairs are being carried out at Salterhebble Basin. 

We require the towpath to be closed whilst these works are carried out and signage and a towpath diversion will be in place.

Water levels will fluctuate during this time (lowered no more than 250mm). The navigation will remain open but there may be short delays of no more than 30 minutes whilst the works are being carried out.
