A52 Bridge Night Works Inspection

Contractors (Highways Englands) are carrying out bridge survey works using an underbridge unit during night time hours only.

The canal will be restricted at this location due to the vehicle underneath the bridge which will be temporarily blocking the navigation overnight.

Lighting in and around the underbridge unit will ensure it is visible to all vessels which may use the navigation during this period.

All boat traffic should take caution when approaching and abide by the Contractors advice, this may result in a delay of no longer than 15-20 minutes.
