The recent severe weather conditions have caused unavoidable delays to the wet abutment brickwork repairs at Bridge 4W. Our teams have been doing all they can to minimise the resulting effect on this closure, including tenting and heating the bridge hole.
We will require a further two days to complete the works and will re-open the navigation on Tuesday 13th March.

A towpath diversion will be available.
