Description
Canal & River Trust in partnership with Calderdale Council will be carrying out improvement works to our canal walls, These works will provide a significant improvement to the wash walls and is the first step to improve our towpath between Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden.
The Towpath is expected to be closed for 3 weeks as we undertake important repairs to the wash walls in readiness for the towpath improvement works in the summer.
We anticipate these works to be completed on Friday 21st April.
