Our contractors, Kier, have started works on site and expect to be complete by 7th April.
The locks are passable with caution and by following the instructions of the contractors on site.
We will post an update when the works have been completed.
Description
A section of retaining wall between lock 29E and 28E has failed leaving unsupported stone work above the navigational channel.
The navigation between Locks 28E and 29E is currently closed and our Engineers are carrying out assessments of the issues.
We will issue an update when we have more information.
