Blythe Waters

Five attractive lakes in a rural setting between the villages of Hampton-in-Arden and Knowle. A popular venue for match, pleasure and specimen carp fishing.

Fishing at Blythe Waters Fishing at Blythe Waters

Two of our pools (Bridge pool and Willow pool) are primarily used for match fishing with good heads of match sized carp, bream and tench. Cherries pool is generally pleasure fished with fish from a few ounces to over 20 lbs. The attraction of this pool is that you never know what you are going to catch when the float goes under. Kingfisher pool is a small pool with very good stocks of small carp, bream and roach. The final pool is Home pool and the Fisheries’ specimen pool. The carp in here run to over 30 lbs and the pool is very popular with those looking to catch their biggest fish.

There are good facilities for disabled anglers, including a disabled toilet and a number of easily accessible pegs. The Clubhouse serves hot and cold drinks, light meal and snacks. There are also toilet and shower facilities and space for five touring caravans (Caravan club members only).

Stocked with carp, bream, roach, tench, perch, silver bream, gudgeon, golden orfe, daddy ruffe, barbell and chub.
