Camden Canals & Narrowboats Assn.
Camden Canals & Narrowboats is a charity providing access to canal trips for the disadvantaged in our community.
We do this by providing trips on our historic narrowboat 'Tarporley' to private groups of up to 12 people that subsidise those for charitable groups who don't have access to sufficient funds.
All our crew are volunteers and skippers hold the National Community Boat Association qualification.
We are based at Kings Cross on the Regent's Canal and typical day and half-day trips run to Camden, Little Venice, Dalston and Old Ford. Residential multi-day trips go further afield.

Disability Access Information
As a registered historic vessel, 'Tarporley' does not have any modifications to enable disabled access. Persons using her have to be able to climb up and down some steps. If you need a fully accessible community narrowboat, our colleagues at the Pirate Castle in Camden can help.
