Camden Canals & Narrowboats is a charity providing access to canal trips for the disadvantaged in our community.
We do this by providing trips on our historic narrowboat 'Tarporley' for private groups of up to 12 people, which subsidises trips for charitable groups who don't have access to sufficient funds.
All our crew are volunteers, and skippers hold the National Community Boat Association qualification.
We are based at King's Cross on the Regent's Canal. Typical day and half-day trips run to Camden, Little Venice, Dalston and Old Ford. Residential multi-day trips go further afield.
This listing has been added by a third party and we take no responsibility for information given.
As a registered historic vessel, 'Tarporley' does not have any modifications to enable disabled access. Persons using her have to be able to climb up and down some steps. If you need a fully accessible community narrowboat, our colleagues at the Pirate Castle in Camden can help.
