There's a statutory duty for local planning authorities (LPA) to consult us on a technical details consent if we have advised the LPA by a valid notice that we wish to be consulted on the development. We've to give notice before permission in principle is granted for that site.
Technical details consent
Technical details consent will deal with the technical details of a proposal once permission in principle has been granted.
