East London Waterways Festival

On 28 August 2017 the restoration of Carpenters Road Lock was celebrated with the East London Waterways Festival.

To mark this historic event we arranged a jam-packed day including a boat flotilla, dragon boat racing, canoeing taster sessions, paddle boarding, boat trips, guided walks, pedalos, live music and dance. Hundreds of people enjoyed the festival and all that our wonderful waterways have to offer.
