Lock keepers on duty
Our small army of volunteer lock keepers have the experience to make sure you get through the lock flight quickly and easily while conserving the water during your passage. They're on duty:
8.00am - 2.00pm in the summer
8.00am - 1.00pm in the winter
Lock opening times
Passages start between lock 29 and 44 daily from: | ||
1 April to 30 September |
8.00am - 2.00pm |
Last boat in at 2.00pm |
1 October to 31 March | 8.00am – 1.00pm | Last boat in by 1.00pm |
Please note: no mooring between locks 44 and 29.

Caen Hill Marina at the bottom of the flight near Foxhangers, has a selection of boating facilities and services.
