Description
Contractors working on behalf of Staffordshire County Council will be undertaking towpath improvement works between Bridges 25 (Leek Road Bridge) & 26 (Stanley Road Bridge) on the Caldon Canal. The works will require the towpath to be closed throughout the duration of the project for public safety.
The navigation will be restricted by work boats within this area but passable by single file boat traffic. Assistance will be available to guide users through the working area when the contractors are completing works adjacent to the locks.
