Reporting problems

The Trust does its best to keep structures in good working order. However, many of our structures are over 200 years old and breakdowns are occasionally inevitable, particularly if they’re not used correctly.

If you are unlucky enough to have a problem operating a structure, first check for local signs telling you what to do. If there is no sign, telephone to 0303 040 4040 (8am - 6pm Monday to Friday).
